Queen Esther
Kelsey is thrilled to have started her first post-grad professional contract! She has joined the cast of Queen Esther at Sight & Sound Theatres in Branson, Missouri and will be performing there through the end of 2024. Don't miss this impactful story with spectacular costumes, gorgeous music, and twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat!

Kelsey's Senior Honors Thesis
As part of her senior Honors thesis project, Kelsey choreographed a dance piece entitled "It's Always Been You" for the Liberty University Department of Theatre Arts Ministry Team. ​This piece was performed throughout the Bay Area of California on the team's spring break mission trip.

42nd Street
Time flies when you're having fun! Kelsey's final production at Liberty University will be 42nd Street in April 2022. She will be playing Phyllis Dale and understudying Peggy Sawyer, as well as dance captaining. Though she is sad to see her time at Liberty draw to a close, she could not ask for a better show to go out on!

The Darkest Evening
Make sure to catch The Darkest Evening at Liberty University this spring! Kelsey will be playing the role of the Bride. She also participated on the writing team for this original work and will be serving as the choreographer for the production as well.

Kelsey's senior year continues with her role as Sister Martha Kevin in Little Moon of Alban. She also has the opportunity to understudy Brigid Mary. Don't miss this beautiful story about grief, love, and war.

Crazy For You
To finish off her junior year at Liberty, Kelsey is thrilled to be playing Polly Baker in Crazy For You with the Department of Theatre Arts! She is thankful to be performing another show with some of her best friends during this time when so many artists are out of work.

A Christmas Carol
Kelsey is so thankful to be part of her third production with Alluvion Stage Company, A Christmas Carol! Along with dance captaining, Kelsey will be playing Martha Cratchit and a member of the ensemble. She will also be understudying the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Be. Kelsey is grateful for the opportunity to create during this time when many artists are out of work!

The Drowsy Chaperone *UPDATE*
Kelsey will be appearing in her first academic musical at Liberty University in April of 2020! She will be playing Janet Van de Graaf in The Drowsy Chaperone. Kelsey feels so blessed to have the opportunity to work on this hilarious show with some of her closest friends!

Holiday Inn
Kelsey could not be more thrilled to be performing as Linda Mason in Holiday Inn with MasterWorx Community Theatre in January 2020! This show is so near and dear to her heart, and she looks forward to this opportunity to tell this heartwarming story with some of her dearest friends!

Choreographic Debut
Kelsey is excited to be making her choreographic debut in November of 2019 as choreographer for Aladdin, Jr. at Rustburg High School!
More Bloodroot News
Kelsey is honored to have been recognized by the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival with a national award for Bloodroot: The Ballad of Clinch Mountain, performed at Liberty University in November of 2018. Kelsey and several of her cast members were recognized for Distinguished Achievement in Exploration of Historical Legacy, for "the accuracy and believability to which they performed their individual roles".
Bright Star
Kelsey will next be seen as a featured dancer and female dance captain in the ensemble of Alluvion Stage Company's production of Bright Star in September of 2019. This will be Kelsey's first time dance captaining! She can't wait to begin work on this beautiful production!

Kelsey is humbled and honored to be performing as Anne Frank in Liberty University's The Diary of Anne Frank in March of 2019.
Professional Debut
Kelsey is thrilled to be making her professional debut in February of 2019 in The Will Rogers Follies with Alluvion Stage Company! Kelsey will be playing a Follies Girl. This production will also be the first full production on the newly renovated stage of the Academy Center for the Arts!
